Cecilia Brugos creates original, decorative, and functional pieces characterized by simple forms and a strong painterly sensibility, primarily in stoneware.

The surfaces and finishes are created using materials personally collected in the Pyrenees—clay, sand, and ash—without the use of industrial coloring oxides. His artistic vision is expressed through a deliberately minimalist color palette, enhanced by firing in an oxidizing atmosphere.
