Constantly seeking a balance between functionality and free interpretation, Lidia Marti creates luminous forms, sculptural vases, and contemporary jewelry.

For some time now, he has been pursuing a personal artistic exploration focused on using metal wire as a connecting element between ceramic pieces. He favors the characteristic white of maiolica and the range of colors that this technique allows.

Some parts of the objects are shaped on a potter’s wheel, while the metal components are fired together with the clay in an electric kiln at 980 °C.
