Atelier Rouge Terre

The studio has been located in Lodève since 1995. The artists work in pairs, exploring the theme of animals. The raku technique has emerged as the natural choice for bringing out the expressiveness of each piece.

Their artistic approach is based on a balance between humor, simplicity, and emotion. They seek out the essence of forms to evoke joy and tenderness.

All of Cecile Poveda’s works are one-of-a-kind pieces, created on the potter’s wheel, molded, or sculpted. Some of her creations serve a practical purpose, while others are purely decorative.
