Le teglie di Montetiffi

Le Teglie di Montetiffi produces traditional terracotta pots using local raw materials; they are handmade and, after a long drying period, fired in a wood-fired kiln.

“Testi” are baking trays that have been used since ancient times to bake thin flatbreads, such as the famous piadina from Romagna. It is currently the only active workshop.
