My new Raku objects are mostly made by hand using plate technique. The raku images are made with abstract drawings and with complex surface designs. The pit firing objects offer the possibility of getting a colorful surface without glaze orders. Using only fire, smoke, sortiment of natural materials, salt and oxids, an inimitable vivid surface emerges.
