REGISTRATION AND ALLOCATION OF SPACES

The Argillà Italia Exhibitors’ Secretariat is located at the International Museum of Ceramics – MIC Faenza, side entrance: Viale Baccarini, 21 – on the corner of Via Nuova (start of Sector A).

The registration process, which includes the allocation of spaces and the handing over of information materials provided by the Secretariat, will be conducted on Thursday, September 3, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday, September 4, 2026 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Taking possession and setting up the assigned space can be done during Friday, September 4, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (see General Conditions document).

The opening and inauguration of the market-fair will be held on Friday, September 4, 4 p.m., in front of the International Museum of Ceramics.

VEHICLE SET-UP AND ACCESS

When: exclusively on Friday 4 September, from 8 am to 1 pm

Vehicle access: Vehicles will only be permitted to enter the event site to unload materials during this time slot.

DISMANTLING AND COLLECTION OF MATERIALS

Closing procedures must strictly observe the following timetable:

Start of dismantling: NOT before 8.00 pm on Sunday 6 September.

Vehicle access: Vehicles carrying materials will be permitted to enter from 8.30 pm.

Deadline for operations: Dismantling must be completed by 2:00 am on Monday 7 September at the latest.
