Nino Di Simone, Master Ceramist, painter and sculptor. At only 15 years old he won his first Competition, Leoncillo Leonardi awarded him at 19. He then participated in numerous national and international festivals, winning important awards.

He was a student and teacher at the “F.A. Grue” Institute in Castelli d’Abruzzo, of which Guerrino Tramonti (1915-1992) was director from 1953.

The Exhibition was born out of the desire of the Guerrino Tramonti Foundation and the F.A. Grue High School of Art in Castelli d’Abruzzo to pay tribute to this school, its more than 100 years of history and its ability to educate in ceramic art and cultivate talent.
