Argillà 2008

In September 2008, the first historic edition of Argillà Italia kicked off in Faenza.

Originally conceived as a “spin-off” of the famous fair in Aubagne (France), the event immediately put the city on the international map, transforming the historic center into a large open-air exhibition and market dedicated to artistic and artisanal ceramics.

The inaugural event welcomed over 250 ceramic artists from across Europe, with a particularly strong contingent of Italian artists.
