Louise’s Atelier

Louise Guillot has been a ceramic artist for fifteen years and works primarily with stoneware and porcelain. She favors clean, minimalist lines, enhanced by crystalline glazes. For her, the search for new glazes is an exciting and fascinating aspect of her creative journey. She also appreciates the transparency and delicacy of porcelain.

Louise creates stoneware and porcelain pieces on the potter’s wheel, which she then glazes with crystalline glazes at high temperatures, up to 1300°C. She is deeply passionate about experimenting with and researching her own glaze formulations, and always finds it stimulating to discover new recipes.
