Ruggero Gesù

Jesus Ruggero creates everyday items made of stoneware, mainly tableware, but he also makes vases.

He uses stoneware clays with different properties. He shapes his pieces primarily on the wheel or on a slab. He makes his own glazes from raw materials and applies them using various glazing techniques. He fires the pieces at high temperatures, both in a gas kiln under a reducing atmosphere and in an electric kiln.
