His family has been involved in ceramics for generations: his father and grandfather were his mentors.

Albert creates everyday ceramics and art pieces fired at high temperatures (1220–1260 °C). He primarily uses white clays, with or without chamotte (G&S 208, 254, 930, 591, 967-5, K-129), and modern high-temperature glazes.

Currently, baking is done in electric and gas kilns; the wood-fired kiln will be ready in 2026.
